Services Provided
Sharma Marketers LLP provides comprehensive digital marketing services including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)
- Content Marketing
- Web Design & Development
- Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Minimum Engagement Period
All digital marketing services require a minimum engagement period of 3 months to ensure effective strategy implementation and measurable results. This allows sufficient time for campaign optimization and performance analysis.
Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment required before project commencement
- Remaining 50% due upon project completion or monthly installments
- Monthly retainer fees due on the 1st of each month
- Late payment fees of 2% per month on overdue amounts
- All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information and access credentials
- Timely approval of campaigns, content, and creative materials
- Compliance with platform policies and legal requirements
- Providing necessary assets (logos, images, brand guidelines)
- Maintaining active communication throughout the engagement
Performance & Results
While we strive to achieve optimal results, digital marketing outcomes depend on various factors including market conditions, competition, and client cooperation. We provide regular reports and analytics but cannot guarantee specific results or ROI.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice after the minimum engagement period. Early termination by the client may result in additional fees. All outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, business strategies, and proprietary data. This obligation continues beyond the termination of our agreement.
Intellectual Property
All creative materials, strategies, and campaigns developed during our engagement remain the intellectual property of Sharma Marketers LLP unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing. Clients retain ownership of their original brand assets and content.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or any third-party actions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.
